Ordering Process

To place an order please send me your order form by post, providing the following information:

1) Item name and number
2) Delivery address, invoice address and contact information
3) Pre-washed horsehair in the required amount
4) Ring size or chain length

Please feel free to contact me by phone or email beforehand.

For silver jewellery advance payment is required.
For gold jewellery approx. 2/3 of the purchase price must be paid in advance. The balance on account is to be paid upon delivery based on the invoice.

My bank details will be provided in the emailed acknowledgement of order.

Price for gold jewellery upon request.

Standard delivery time from receipt of the horsehair is usually two to three weeks.
